AMA REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Amodest Apparel and Company allows returns within 30 days of purchase for a refund/exchange or online store credit. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and have tags attached. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Items from Alisa's closet are all final sale and cannot be returned.


Amodest Apparel and Company does not allow returns on used items that are purchased, it’s considered a final sell item. Final sale items cannot be returned.


Return shipping
• Domestic returns have a $8 shipping fee, unless you choose online store credit.
Amodest Apparel and Company offers a pre-paid returns service for items you choose for online store credit otherwise an $8 fee is charged.
• You can mail in or drop off usps or ups locations.

 

How to return
• Enter your order information to start a return or track a return.
You  can  print your return label, and get a QR code to use at our eligible locations such as UPS or USPS.  

Refunds and exchanges
• Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment
• Refunds can take up to 7–10 business days to appear in your bank account.
